Nuala Walsh is an behavioural scientist, board chair, award-winning  author and former FTSE 100 Chief Marketing Officer.

Recognised among the “100 Most Influential Women in Finance,” she spent three decades at BlackRock, Merrill Lynch, Standard Life Aberdeen, and PA Consulting. Today, she is CEO of MindEquity Consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies, global sports bodies, and human rights organisations on strategy, reputation, governance, and behaviour change. Clients include Uber, ASICS,  BBC, Aer Lingus, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

She serves as Chair of the Innocence Project London, Non-Executive Director of the British & Irish Lions, Council Member at The Football Association, and President of the Harvard Club of Ireland; as visit at World Athletics.  An Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin and Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science, she has guest lectured at INSEAD and leading universities worldwide.
