Patrick Cosgrave brings over four decades of experience in the design, delivery, and governance of retirement plan structures. He has served as a trustee across both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes, including holding the position of trustee director for one of Ireland’s longest-established pension schemes, founded in 1949.
Throughout his career, Patrick has undertaken a wide range of roles internationally, working across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Ireland. Most recently, he led the development of New Ireland’s MyPension365, a native digital DC pensions platform, and played a key role in establishing the New Ireland Master Trust.
Patrick is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and is also a Qualified Financial Advisor through the Institute of Bankers.
