Paula Champion is Head of the Fiduciary Management Oversight team and a Partner and qualified Actuary within Isio’s investment advisory practice. She has over 24 years of experience working in the pensions industry. Prior to working at Isio, Paula was a principal at Mercer where she had worked across both the actuarial and investment businesses since 1998. Paula leads on a range of fiduciary projects, from selection exercises, to performance and governance reviews. In particular Paula has provided advice and insight to clients with different governance models: traditional consulting, full fiduciary, partial fiduciary, strategic oversight and OCIO models.

Outside of work, Paula spends any time she can muster with her two beautiful children (primarily taxiing them to different after school clubs!).
