Fraser is a Director of SmartCats Consulting Limited, a position he has held since 2008. Fraser was the CEO of British Airways Pensions until June 2021, responsible for £25bn of assets for BA’s UK defined benefit pension schemes. The role also involved Chairing the in house asset management business. Prior to that Fraser was President of Buck Consultants LLC, the global employee benefits consulting firm. He was Chair of The Scout Association Defined Benefit Pension Scheme and supported the sponsor to reduce the governance burden and costs with a move to a master trust.
