Eva Axelsson has 20 years of experience in sustainable business, organizations and authorities, of which the last 8 years in the finance industry. Eva has a Master of science in biology and environmental management with a focus on marine biology and economics. Over the years, Eva has developed organizations, people and methods to combine sustainability with good business in different industries. Today, as head of sustainable research at Swedbank Robur, Eva heads the sustainable analyst team as part of the management team for Investment Management. Within her role, she is actively involved in fund management, both operation, business development and involvement/communication with regulators, institutions, retail customers and sector organizations. Her previous roles include Head of Sustainability at KPA Pension, Senior Environmental Analyst at EKN (Export Credit Agency), Environmental Manager Market Area Nordics and Baltics Tetra Pak. Director for due diligence (environmental) at WSP and URS and sustainability specialist at Skanska.
Eva is a Board member at The International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) Lund University and Swesif Swedish Forum for Sustainable investments www.swesif.org
