CONFERENCES
Purpose
This conference aims to provide an update on the latest DC developments, trends and current issues. We will examine the outlook for the DC industry in the prevailing macroeconomic climate and a range of the innovative investment strategies and solutions that are available/being developed to help to improve member outcomes and meet future challenges, considering the risk and/or performance implications of each as well as practicalities such as implementation and portfolio construction.

Embedding DE&I strategy in pension outcomes
Many employers and Trustees are now shouldering responsibility for embedding DE&I into pension strategy but what does this look like in practice? Melissa will explore member outcomes disaggregated by gender, ethnicity, age and other factors and the core drivers and risks of these. The session will then consider on a practical level, what action planning can best effect change and connect with wider DEI strategy.
