James has more than 15 years experience in the UK residential and European commercial property fund management. He is responsible for UK residential fund management at Edmond de Rothschild REIM comprising funds focused on the private rented sector and social impact.
Previously he was at Savills Investment Management responsible for two residential funds as well as a strategic land fund. He was also involved in the establishment, management and winding up of a student hall fund and a number of commercial mandates. James began his career at Savills where he worked as a surveyor in the affordable housing consultancy and land agency teams.
James holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Investment Finance from Reading.
