Nick is a Partner at XPS and is Co-Head of the Investment team in London. Starting his career in pensions in 2003 in an actuarial team before moving to an Investment role has given Nick a strong understanding of the pensions and investment landscape, where he is known for his pragmatic advice and clarity of his communication.

He provides investment advice to pension schemes varying in size from under £100m to over £1bn around the full range of investment issues, including strategy, risk management, manager and fund selection and implementation. Nick also oversees XPS’s LDI research team.

Outside work, Nick spends most of his time enjoying his two children’s hobbies, music and sporting extracurricular activities. Nick is also a keen singer in a London-based chamber choir, tennis player and season ticket holder at a lower-league football club.
