Tytti is the Engagement Director at the Council on Ethics, responsible for coordinating the joint engagement efforts of the Swedish national pension funds (AP 1-4). She has over 14 years of experience in responsible investment and active ownership, with an emphasis on tackling systemic challenges through forward-looking, impact-focused, collaborative stewardship activities. Tytti joined the AP funds in 2022 from S&P Global Ratings, where she was the Director of Market Outreach for ESG. Prior to this, she worked at stewardship service providers Sustainalytics and GES for a decade, developing and leading their Thematic Engagements. Tytti started her career as a responsible investment analyst at the Cooperative Asset Management in Manchester, UK. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
