As investors have looked increasingly overseas for their investments, they have also had to ensure that the tools in their engagement armoury are fit for purpose to protect their members' and clients' assets. Securities actions are an effective way of protecting investors’ interests when investing overseas and particularly in the U.S., which has a tried and tested method for compensating defrauded investors. The conference is by invitation only for pension funds and other institutional investors and we welcome new attendees from these investors. Therefore if you are not already receiving an invitation please contact us. A limited number of Complimentary invitations are available to genuine pension fund representatives (executives and trustees) and other approved institutional investors.
